These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at page-acaciafield.click and your engagement with training services offered by Page Acacia Field Co., Ltd. ("Page Acacia Field," "we," "us"). By accessing this website or booking a session, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Page Acacia Field provides educational training in intraday bias mapping and pre-open chart preparation. We do not execute trades, manage funds, or provide personalised investment advice. Participants apply workshop material in their own trading environments at their own risk.

2. Acceptance and eligibility

You must be at least eighteen years old to book a session. By submitting an enquiry or attending a workshop, you confirm that information you provide is accurate and that you will participate in good faith with other attendees and facilitators.

3. Bookings and payment

Session fees are quoted in Thai Baht. Workshop seats are confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit. Private reviews require full payment at booking. Invoices for corporate clients are payable within fourteen days unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to decline bookings at our discretion.

4. Intellectual property

Workbook layouts, session materials, and website content are owned by Page Acacia Field or our licensors. You may use printed materials for personal trading preparation. You may not reproduce, sell, or distribute our materials without written permission. You retain ownership of charts and notes you create during sessions.

5. Conduct during sessions

Participants must treat facilitators and peers respectfully. We may remove a participant from a session without refund if behaviour disrupts the group or violates applicable law. Recording other participants without consent is prohibited.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

Training is provided for educational purposes. We do not guarantee trading results, income, or specific market outcomes. Materials may be updated as market conditions and teaching methods evolve.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Page Acacia Field shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or participation in training, including trading losses. Our total liability for any claim relating to a paid session shall not exceed the fee you paid for that session.

8. Website use

You agree not to misuse this website — including attempting unauthorised access, introducing harmful code, or scraping content for commercial republication. We may suspend access if we detect abuse.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand, unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms periodically. The date at the top of this page indicates the latest revision. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
