Refund Policy

This policy applies to training sessions booked with Page Acacia Field Co., Ltd. ("Page Acacia Field"). It covers workshops, private bias reviews, and weekly bias circle membership.

Workshop seats

• Full refund — cancel at least fourteen days before the workshop date; deposit and any balance paid are returned within ten business days.
• Partial refund (50%) — cancel between seven and thirteen days before the workshop; half the total fee is refunded.
• No refund — cancel fewer than seven days before the workshop, or do not attend without notice (no-show).
• Rescheduling — one free transfer to a later workshop date if requested at least seven days ahead, subject to seat availability.

One-on-one bias reviews

• Full refund — cancel at least forty-eight hours before the scheduled session.
• No refund — cancel within forty-eight hours or fail to submit required pre-session worksheets, preventing meaningful review.
• Rescheduling — one reschedule without fee if requested at least forty-eight hours ahead.

Weekly bias circle membership

• Monthly fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins.
• Cancel with at least seven days' notice before the next cycle to avoid renewal charges.
• Missed weekly meetings are not credited individually; archived summaries remain available for active members.

Deposits

Workshop deposits are applied toward the session fee. Refundable deposit amounts follow the cancellation windows above. Deposits are not transferable to private reviews unless agreed in writing.

If we cancel

If Page Acacia Field cancels a session due to facilitator illness, venue issue, or insufficient enrolment, you receive a full refund or priority rescheduling — your choice. We notify you as early as possible.

Non-refundable items

• Printed workbook pads already shipped or handed out
• Sessions where work has commenced and the agreed review or facilitation time has elapsed
• Third-party payment processing fees where non-recoverable

Refund method and timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original bank transfer source within ten business days. You are responsible for providing correct payment details. We will confirm refund completion by email.

How to request a refund or cancellation

Email hello@page-acaciafield.click with your name, session type, booking date, and reason for cancellation. Include the phone number 02-438-7614 in your message if you need a same-day response during office hours.

Exceptions to this policy are considered only in documented emergencies and at our sole discretion.
